Dope Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee brand by Rizwan Amlani, built at the intersection of coffee, culture, creativity, and community.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a graphic designer who doesn’t just design but brings a whole creative perspective to the table.

Someone who understands streetwear, graffiti, underground culture, bold typography, and contemporary visual storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create scroll-stopping graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design creatives for campaigns, product launches, events, and collaborations.
- Develop visual assets inspired by street art, streetwear, music, and youth culture.
- Work on packaging concepts, merchandise, posters, and offline branding.
- Collaborate on Dope’s creative direction and visual identity.




- Experiment with typography, layouts, textures, and unconventional design styles.
- Bring fresh creative ideas to the table instead of simply following trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- A portfolio that demonstrates originality and a strong visual aesthetic.
- Understanding of street culture, contemporary design, and Gen Z audiences.
- Ability to translate brand ideas into compelling visual communication.
- Someone who can balance bold, experimental design with clean, intentional execution.
- Strong attention to detail, typography, composition, and brand consistency.
- Comfortable collaborating with a fast-moving creative and marketing team.

Bonus points: If you’re into sneakers, graffiti, music, photography, skate culture, or anything that pushes creative boundaries.
