Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented Technical Solution Architect to design end-to-end technology solutions, lead technical discovery, support pre-sales activities, and guide engineering teams. The ideal candidate should combine robust system design skills with an understanding of modern technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered applications, cloud platforms, data systems, SaaS products, and digital experiences.
- Develop technical solutions using AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and modern software technologies.
- Evaluate technology stacks, APIs, databases, infrastructure, and third-party integrations.
- Participate in client discovery calls, technical consultations, and solution presentations.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical proposals, project estimates, implementation roadmaps, and statements of work.
- Collaborate with business development and engineering teams on pre-sales, proof-of-concepts, and solution delivery.
- Provide technical guidance,



review system designs, and ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance, and quality requirements.
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption, cloud modernization, data engineering, and workflow automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, application architecture, and integrations.
- Practical knowledge of at least two domains: AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, Digital Product Engineering, or Experience Engineering.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered applications is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution design, project estimation, or enterprise consulting is an advantage.
