Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Execution: Support the COO in building and scaling current business units, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments (marketing, operations, customer relations, sales) to execute key projects and drive results.
- On-Ground Operations: Be willing to visit vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the seamless execution of supply chain and operational activities.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Identify challenges proactively, find solutions, and implement them without waiting for direct instructions.
- High Accountability, Low Supervision: While there won’t be micromanagement, reporting must be detailed, structured, and insightful.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and create scalable processes to improve business performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
