POST: FINISHED GOODS (FG) STORE EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced FG Store Executive to manage finished goods inventory, stores operations, and logistics activities in an electronics manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have an electronics background, practical knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and PCB (Printed Circuit Board), and experience handling inventory, material movement, dispatch, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day Finished Goods (FG) store operations, including receipt, inspection coordination, storage, and dispatch of finished products.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams for timely material movement and dispatch.

· Verify finished goods against production orders, BOM, product codes, and relevant documentation.

· Possess a basic understanding of PCB assemblies, electronic components, and electronic products.

· Ensure proper identification, labelling, storage, and traceability of finished goods.





· Prepare and maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents, as applicable.

· Plan and coordinate packing, transportation, and shipment of finished goods.

· Monitor inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock shortages, and report them to the concerned department.

· Ensure protected handling, packaging, and storage of electronic products to prevent damage during storage and transit.

Candidate Profile

· 2–3 years of experience in stores and logistics in a manufacturing environment.

· Diploma or degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering preferred.

· Basic knowledge of BOM, PCB, PCBA, and electronic components.

· Experience in finished goods inventory management and dispatch operations.

· Knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems and MS Excel.

· Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
