Job Purpose

Fleet Operations Specialist acts as an intermediary between reporting teams, fleet managers, and operational stakeholders. The focus is not on report generation itself, but on driving report consumption, compliance follow-up, query resolution, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation

Principal Accountabilities

- Coordinate distribution of fleet and compliance reports.
- Ensure reports are accessible, organized, and user-friendly.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations, managers,



and reporting teams.
- Address stakeholder queries and drive timely resolutions.
- Follow up on report findings and compliance action items.
- Track completion of operational and compliance requirements.
- Escalate issues and coordinate with relevant SMEs when needed.
- Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and stakeholder engagement processes.

Academic Qualifications Skills And Knowledge

- Bachelor’s Degree: Any Graduate. Proficient in logical thinking, analytical.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- 3-6 years’ experience in handling Fleet Operations activities.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective.
- Solid Excel Skills.
- Abides by Fleet Operations Rules and Regulations (US Background Preferred)
- Responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner
