Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the company's financial operations, accounting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and bank transactions.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collection follow-ups.
- Control expenses and support cost optimization and profitability analysis.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Implement financial controls and support management in financial decision-making.

Educational Qualification




- CA / CMA / MBA in Finance / M.Com / M.Com with relevant skilled qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, and audit procedures.
- Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and working capital control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with different departments.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or other industrial company.
- Experience in inventory accounting, cost control, product costing, and profitability analysis.
