We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Group CFO India Graduate Leadership Program.

The team

Our Group CFO India Graduate Leadership Program is designed for high-potential post-MBA professionals with prior industry experience to accelerate their careers within our global finance organisation. Over the course of two years, participants will rotate across core areas across Group CFO, gaining exposure to financial strategy, reporting, planning & analysis, capital management, business partnering and regulatory frameworks. The program aims to build a strong pipeline of future leaders in Group CFO India with global exposure and strategic capabilities

At the end of the programme, successful candidates will be appointed as Associate Director, Group CFO, taking on leadership roles with responsibility for driving strategic financial initiatives and leading teams.

Your Skills And Experience

Qualifications &

Experience

- MBA graduate from a top-tier business school with a minimum of four years of pre-MBA work experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, audit or related fields

- Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks.

- Demonstrated analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Experience working in a multinational or complex organisation preferred.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across levels.





- Strong communication and presentation skills and senior stakeholder management.
