– Field Recruiter Location: Oragadam, Sriperambatore-Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources / Recruitment Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit candidates for manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial units. Conduct field recruitment activities in nearby areas, villages, and industrial locations. Source candidates through walk-ins, referrals, job portals, WhatsApp, and local contacts.

Coordinate with ITIs, colleges, manpower agencies, and local communities. Explain job details, salary, shift timings, and company policies to candidates. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with HR teams.

Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company. Maintain daily recruitment reports and achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: Diploma/ Any Degree. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.



Valuable communication and convincing skills. Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities. Knowledge of the Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, and nearby industrial areas is an advantage.

Salary &

Benefits Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and company policy. Travel allowance as per company policy. Training and career growth opportunities. Bike availability should be there.
