This chance is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in microfinance field operations. ## Key Responsibilities - Form women borrower groups (JLG/SHG) in the assigned area.

- Conduct regular field visits and interact with customers.
- Collect and complete KYC documents and customer documentation.
- Process and verify loan applications.
