Fashion Stylist (Shoots) Department: Marketing / Content Reports to: Marketing Head Location: Mumbai (Office + on-location shoots) Type: Full-time, Permanent Role OverviewOff Duty is a fast-growing D2C denim and fashion brand, and every product page, ad and Instagram post starts with a shoot. We’re looking for a Stylist who can take our denim and apparel and make it look fresh, wearable and on-trend on camera. You’ll plan and style looks for e-commerce, campaign and social shoots, working closely with the photographer, content and design teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesStyle looks for e-commerce (website and marketplace catalogue), campaign and social media shoots Plan outfits, layering and accessories for each product so it sells well on camera Create moodboards and look plans before every shoot, based on the brief and current trends Manage the shoot wardrobe: pull products, track samples, and keep everything returned, ironed and organised Source garments, props and accessories for shoots from local markets, vendors and suppliers, within budget Travel to markets, vendors and shoot locations as required for sourcing and shoots Style models on set: fit checks, pinning, tucking, steaming and final touch-ups before each shot Make sure products are shown accurately (fit, colour, details)



for e-commerce listings Keep the styling consistent with Off Duty’s brand look across all channels Track denim, streetwear and Gen Z fashion trends and suggest new styling ideas for reels and campaigns Requirements Must-have 1+ year of experience as a fashion stylist or assistant stylist, with on-set shoot experience A portfolio of styled shoots (e-commerce, editorial or social) Strong sense of fit, colour, layering and current fashion trends Good organising skills for handling shoot wardrobe and samples Ability to work rapid on busy shoot days with many looks to finish Willing to travel locally (and occasionally outstation) for sourcing and shoots Nice-to-have Experience with a fashion, apparel or D2C brand Understanding of denim fits and styling Experience styling for Instagram reels and short-form video Basic knowledge of e-commerce catalogue shoot guidelines (marketplace image requirements) Contacts with local vendors for props and accessories What We OfferCreative ownership of how a growing fashion brand looks on camera Your styling goes live quick, on the website, marketplaces, ads and social A young, fast-moving team with regular shoots and room to try new ideas
