Position Overview

Exeed College is seeking a qualified and experienced Faculty – Education to contribute to teaching, research, academic supervision, and programme development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Education, a demonstrated record of higher education teaching, and a commitment to academic excellence, research, and student development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging online lectures for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level programmes.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design, review, and continuous enhancement of course content, teaching materials, lesson plans, and learning resources in line with programme requirements and academic standards.
- Research and Publications: Conduct and contribute to scholarly research in relevant areas of Education, with a strong commitment to publishing in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Research Supervision: Supervise and mentor postgraduate and doctoral students in research design, literature reviews, research methodology, data analysis, academic writing, and dissertation or thesis development.
- Student Assessment: Develop, evaluate, and grade assignments,



examinations, research proposals, dissertations, and other academic assessments in accordance with established assessment criteria.
- Student Engagement and Mentoring: Provide academic guidance, constructive feedback, and appropriate support to learners to enhance their academic progress and research capabilities.
- Academic Quality Assurance: Ensure teaching materials, assessments, and feedback meet institutional quality standards and relevant programme requirements.
- Online Learning and Technology: Use learning management systems, virtual classroom platforms, and digital teaching tools effectively to facilitate interactive and student-centred learning.
- Academic Collaboration: Work closely with academic leaders, programme teams, and fellow faculty members to support programme delivery, academic planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

- A Ph.D. in Education or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience in higher education.
- A demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals relevant to Education.
- Proven experience in supervising postgraduate and doctoral research
- Strong subject knowledge in relevant areas of Education, teaching and learning, educational leadership, curriculum development, or related specialisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective online teaching sessions and engage learners in a virtual learning environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
