- Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day factory operations.
- Order Execution: Manage and track ongoing production orders received from the Head Office.
- Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between the Kaarigars (artisans/workers) and the HO. Ensure that the HO's instructions are clearly understood on the floor and provide the HO with regular progress updates.
- Production & Delivery: Monitor daily output to ensure timely production and deliveries are dispatched on schedule.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for the smooth pickup and delivery of goods.
- Documentation: Generate and manage E-way bills, delivery challans for all outward shipments.
- Inventory & Material Management: Monitor raw material stock levels. Accurately create and share material order lists with the HO.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure timely repair and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment as and when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
