Supervise daily production activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule. Monitor workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower. Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
Maintain daily production records and reports. Coordinate with management regarding production status and operational issues. Ensure proper material handling and stock movement within the factory. Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping on the factory floor.
Report machine breakdowns, material shortages and production issues to management. Ensure workers follow instructions and standard operating procedures. Assist in implementing quality control measures and process improvements.
