- Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth and productive production.
- Monitor production targets, process efficiency, and product quality.
- Coordinate with production, laboratory, warehouse, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Monitor inventory, material movement, and production-related records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency within the factory.
- Prepare regular production and operational reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned production targets and overall factory performance.
Pay: ₹32,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
