Export Executive with 2 years of work experience required at an agro-commodity export organization based in Mumbai Central (nearby station).

Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM

:

- Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists, e-invoices, GSP/Certificate of Origin, and L/C documents
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for shipment execution, scheduling, tracking, and Bill of Lading issuance
- Assist in preparing and processing Test Bonds, Phytosanitary Certificates, Fumigation Certificates, DGFT, EPCG, BRC, and RODTEP documentation
- Coordinate with quality testing agencies such as Geochem and follow up for original test certificates
- Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions on shipping line portals / INTTRA
- Coordinate with banks for export document submission and follow up on L/C payments and export payment realization
- Coordinate with internal teams,



banks, shipping agents, and other stakeholders for smooth export operations
- Handle day-to-day export-related entries in Tally and maintain proper documentation and records

Salary - Rs 35,000 per month (can be increased slightly)
