The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex operational or customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain highly detailed and accurate records of all stakeholder interactions.
- Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High-level proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and operational workflow platforms.
- Proven track record in operations, project management, or client success.
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
