- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and address employee grievances.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
