Position: Executive Chef

Experience: 8–15 Years (Preferred)

Cuisine Specialization: Chinese, Pan-Asian & Continental

Industry: Restaurant / Café / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage complete kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Strong expertise in Chinese, Pan-Asian, and Continental cuisines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Kitchen SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Handle end-to-end kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Plan and develop menus, introduce new dishes, and standardize recipes.
- Manage food costing, portion control, inventory, and wastage reduction.
- Lead, train, supervise, and manage the entire kitchen team.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Handle kitchen procurement, vendor coordination, and stock management.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling, duty allocation, and overall team performance.




- Coordinate with restaurant management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese, Asian, and Continental cuisines.
- Strong experience in complete kitchen operations and SOP implementation.
- Expertise in food costing, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations efficiently.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced Executive Chef capable of independently handling complete kitchen operations, implementing SOPs, managing the kitchen team, and maintaining high food quality standards.
