Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive –

- Backoffice Operations to support the operational activities of the Global Non-Retail Business. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, transaction processing, client onboarding support, account maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders for global market operations. The role demands strong operational knowledge, accuracy, adherence to regulatory requirements, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Process and monitor global market transactions and operational activities accurately within prescribed timelines.
- Handle account opening, modifications, maintenance, and closure requests for non-retail and institutional clients.
- Manage trade confirmation, settlement support, and post-trade operational activities.
- Ensure timely processing of corporate actions, fund transfers, and other operational requests.
- Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, clearing members, and internal teams for smooth transaction processing.

Client &
- Stakeholder Support

- Act as a point of contact for internal sales, relationship managers, and support teams regarding operational queries.
- Assist clients with documentation, account servicing, and transaction-related requests.
- Ensure prompt resolution of operational issues while maintaining high service standards.

Reconciliation &
- Controls

- Perform daily, weekly,



and monthly reconciliations of client accounts, funds, and securities.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution through coordination with concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor operational controls and highlight exceptions or risks to management.

Regulatory &
- Compliance Support

- Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, Depository, and internal operational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and operational documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.

Reporting &
- MIS

- Generate and maintain operational MIS reports and dashboards.
- Prepare periodic reports on transaction volumes, client servicing metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Assist management with data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Participate in automation and technology-driven operational enhancement projects.
- Contribute towards reducing operational risks and improving turnaround time.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- NISM certification(s) preferred.
- Additional certification in Capital Markets or Operations will be an advantage.

Experience





- 1–4 years of experience in Backoffice Operations, Capital Markets Operations, Broking Operations, or Financial Services.
- Experience in handling international/global market operations will be preferred.
