We are looking for a Event Promoter to join our team at Retail Store to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹24,000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities: Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
Hosting Birthday Parties
Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients. Ensure smooth execution during events. Handle client requirements and last-minute changes. Post-event reporting and feedback collection.
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience . To qualify for this job opening you must have robust communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
