Role Description The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing workplace safety, environmental compliance, and occupational health programs. The role involves developing, implementing, and updating EHS policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards. The EHS Manager will conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, and lead accident investigations to identify root causes and preventive measures.





Daily tasks include coordinating and delivering EHS training, promoting safety awareness, monitoring incident reports, and maintaining documentation and records. The role also requires close collaboration with project teams and management to ensure safe operations across engineering projects and facility activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills to manage workplace risks and employee well-being.
- Candidates should possess Workplace Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including regulatory compliance, environmental management, and safety program implementation.
- Candidates should possess Accident Investigation capabilities, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Candidates should possess Training skills for designing and delivering EHS-related programs, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in EHS or Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Experience in semiconductor, petrochemical, or similar process industries is beneficial.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
