We’re Hiring: Execution Leader / City Lead – Projects | Chennai

EATCLUB is looking for an Execution Leader to own project execution across Chennai, from launching new cloud kitchens and dine-in outlets to keeping existing stores in top shape.

Who Are We?

- One of India’s fastest-growing, profitable food-tech companies, with our own brands including BOX8 and Mojo Pizza
- 600 outlets across 8 cities, with a team of 10,000 people
- We own the full chain, so on-ground execution directly shapes the business

Role Overview

- Location: Chennai (on-ground, not remote)
- Experience: 4–5 years in Project Management, Civil, or Interior & Retail Fit-Out
- Chennai experience (mandatory): You must have worked hands-on in Chennai for the last 4–5 years, with an active local vendor and contractor network. Applicants without Chennai work experience will not be considered.
- Languages: Tamil and Hindi (mandatory); English (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end setup of current cloud kitchens and dine-in stores across Chennai
- Lead the on-ground execution team and contractors
- Deliver outlets on schedule and within budget
- Handle revamps and on-site civil and drainage fixes at existing outlets
- Source, onboard and negotiate with civil, interiors, MEP and fit-out vendors
- Track vendor performance on timelines, quality and cost
- Run quality checks from site handover to snag closure, in line with EATCLUB’s design, safety and brand standards

Who You Are

- You take ownership and drive problems to closure
- You handle ambiguity, learn fast, and make sound calls without a playbook

What to Expect

- Real ownership of a city’s execution, with direct access to leadership
- Not a 9-to-5 or MNC setup: you make the calls and own the outcomes
