WE ARE HIRING | ENGINEERING MANAGER – INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR

Hariansh Engineering is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead MEP engineering for complex infrastructure projects, including Data Centres, Cleanrooms, Airports, Shopping Malls, Stadiums and other mission-critical facilities.

▪️ Location: Thane, Maharashtra

▪️ Experience: 5–10 Years

▪️ Compensation: INR 15–25 LPA (CTC)

▪️ Preference: Minimum 2 years of international project experience.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a technically strong, proactive professional who can independently lead engineering assignments from initial requirements through FEED and Detailed Engineering, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients and technical partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

▪️ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.

▪️ Relevant Experience: 5–10 years in MEP engineering, preferably within EPC companies or engineering consultancies.

▪️ MEP Expertise: Robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, firefighting, Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated building services.

▪️ FEED & Detailed Engineering: Experience in design calculations, equipment sizing, specifications, layouts, drawings, BOQs and technical documentation.

▪️ Hands-on Engineering: Ability to independently execute and review engineering work,



resolve technical challenges and develop practical engineering solutions.

▪️ Project Ownership: Ability to identify requirements, establish execution strategies, make technical decisions and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

▪️ Vendor Development: Experience identifying, evaluating and managing engineering vendors, consultants and technical partners.

▪️ Client Management: Strong capabilities in technical discussions, requirement clarification, client coordination and issue resolution.

▪️ Team Leadership: Ability to assess resource requirements, develop engineering teams, delegate responsibilities and manage performance.

▪️ Multidisciplinary Coordination: Effective coordination across MEP, architectural, civil and structural disciplines.

▪️ Techno-Commercial Skills: Experience in scope definition, proposals, man-hour estimation, resource planning, scheduling and cost evaluation.
