We are looking for a strong engineer to join our Product Engineering team, working on our flagship SaaS product — a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform used by clients to manage, analyse, and optimise their telecom spend across complex, multi-vendor environments.
The platform is currently built on .NET, Angular, and MS SQL Server. We are actively planning a migration to a contemporary stack: Python, MySQL, cloud infrastructure on AWS, with components including Celery for task queuing, Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration, and AI capabilities powered by Ollama (on-premise) or AWS Bedrock.
This means the right person needs to be genuinely comfortable in two modes simultaneously: maintaining and enhancing the existing product with confidence, while actively contributing to the architectural thinking and hands-on execution of the migration to the new stack.
You will be hands-on across both stacks, working closely with the team on day-to-day development while gradually taking on more architectural responsibility as you grow into the role. This position is designed for someone who is ready to step up — technically strong, eager to lead, and looking for an environment where they can grow into a Tech Lead over time.
