Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of motors, control panels, and drives (basic VFD/PLC knowledge preferred).
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
- Safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure

Job Responsibilities

1. Preventive Maintenance

- Do scheduled maintenance of electrical systems.
- Inspect panels, wiring, motors, and control systems regularly.
- Ensure proper working of all electrical components.

2. Breakdown Maintenance

- Attend electrical breakdowns quickly.
- Identify faults in motors, panels, drives, and circuits.
- Restore power and machine operation with minimum downtime.

3. Installation & Commissioning

- Help in installation of electrical systems and machines.
- Do wiring, panel connections, and cable routing as per standard.

4. Equipment Monitoring

- Monitor performance of electrical equipment.




- Maintain motors, transformers, panels, VFDs, lighting, and control systems.
- Report any abnormal heating, fault, or issue.

5. Spare Parts & Tools Handling

- Use electrical spares and tools properly.
- Coordinate with store for required materials.
- Avoid wastage and ensure proper usage.

6. Safety & Compliance

- Follow electrical safety rules strictly.
- Use PPE and safety tools.
- Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tag-out) during maintenance.

7. Documentation

- Maintain maintenance logs and checklists.
- Record breakdowns, root cause, and repairs done.

8. Housekeeping & 5S

- Keep electrical panels and the work area clean.
- Ensure proper labelling of cables and equipment

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
