RA Energy Group is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrument (E&I;) Supervisor to support our upcoming project activities in Batam, Indonesia.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation works, preferably within the Oil & Gas, EPC, E-House, or Topside Module fabrication industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site and fabrication activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise Electrical & Instrumentation installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities as required by the project.
- Coordinate daily work activities and monitor the progress of E&I; installation and fabrication works.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Review technical drawings, installation procedures, inspection plans, and other relevant project documents.
- Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC personnel, inspectors, and other construction teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, inspection procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor work quality, identify defects or non-conformities,



and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and relevant project documentation.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to support project schedules.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation supervision or a similar role.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in E-House and/or Topside Module fabrication is highly preferred.
- Practical experience in Electrical & Instrumentation installation, inspection, and testing is required.
- Oil & Gas, EPC, offshore fabrication, or related industrial project experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of technical drawings, electrical and instrumentation specifications, QA/QC requirements, and inspection procedures.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid supervisory, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Must be willing and available for overseas project deployment.
