Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students about courses, academic programs, and admission procedures.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain course perks, fee structures, and available programs.
- Maintain lead details, follow-up records, and admission updates in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve conversions.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process.
