Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales operations, product listings, marketplace accounts, order processing, inventory synchronization, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, product catalog management, and online sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Meesho, and the company website, as applicable.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Manage product catalogs, categories, SKUs, stock availability, and product attributes.
- Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and purchase departments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Update product prices, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacement requests.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints related to products, orders, and deliveries.
- Track marketplace performance, sales reports, returns, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse staff, accounts, and sales teams.
- Monitor product visibility, search rankings, and listing quality to improve online sales.
- Assist in marketplace advertising, promotional activities, and sales growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, payments, commissions, and marketplace settlements.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain up-to-date product information.





Required Skills & Knowledge
- Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, SKU creation, and inventory updates.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online reporting tools.
- Understanding of product descriptions, SEO keywords, pricing, and digital merchandising.
- Knowledge of order management, returns, refunds, and logistics coordination.
- Basic understanding of online payments, marketplace commissions, GST invoices, and settlement reconciliation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.
- Experience in hardware, industrial products, tools, building materials, or technical product categories is an advantage.
- Familiarity with product photography, image editing, and content optimization.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and sales performance analysis.

- Growth in online sales and order volume.
- Accuracy and completeness of product listings.
- Order processing and dispatch turnaround time.
- Inventory accuracy and reduction in order cancellations.
- Reduction in returns caused by incorrect product information.
- Customer satisfaction and response time.
- Timely reconciliation of marketplace payments and settlements.
