Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated Early Careers Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
- Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
- Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
