Maintain accurate dispatch records and stock reports.

Verify product quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.

Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel.

Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

Handle dispatch-related issues and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods.

Maintain daily dispatch reports and update inventory records.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of inventory and stock management.

Experience in dispatch or logistics will be preferred.
