Role Description

This is a full time on-site position located in Ghaziabad for a Dispatch Executive.

The Dispatch

Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate with carriers to facilitate timely delivery, and ensure efficient movement of goods.

Responsibilities include scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, addressing any delays or issues, maintaining accurate records,



and liaising between shippers and carriers to optimize supply chain efficiency. Additionally, the role demands strong communication and multitasking skills to provide top-notch service to clients and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to transportation and experience with using dispatch software
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with customs regulations, freight solutions, and warehouse management practices is a plus
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve shipment delays or logistics challenges
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is highly desirable
