Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a data-informed Diversity & Belonging Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
- Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
- Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Highly organized methodology with a robust ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- High-level proficiency with Git, Jira, AWS/Azure, and relevant tech stacks.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
