QUALIFICATION :- Any Graduate

SKILLS :-

- MS-Word , Excel , ERP
- Good Knowledge of Email communication
- Knowledge of dispatch planning and supply coordination.
- Solid follow-up, time management and coordination skills.
- Ability to plan schedules, set targets and monitor deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

- Prepare dispatch plans as per customer schedules and delivery commitments.
- Plan material availability, supply schedules and dispatch priorities.
- Calculate dispatch timelines, set targets and monitor progress to ensure timely deliveries.




- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal production teams for dispatch planning and execution.
- Monitor supplier schedules and material availability to avoid dispatch delays.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling and compliance with customer-specific packaging and dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with production, stores and dispatch teams to ensure material readiness.
- Track dispatch status and proactively resolve delays or scheduling issues.
- Maintain dispatch records, schedules and reports.
- Handle email communication and prepare dispatch-related updates and reports.
