Our teams support global clients across multiple time zones through services including Art Production, Engineering, Games QA, Localization and Player Engagement.

What We Are Looking For

1. 15+ years in IT Function having managed Microsoft 365(M365), Security, Network and Remote Infrastructure Management operations.
2. Somebody with a clear vision of what great looks like in Microsoft 365.The role requires to design and implement the best-in-class Microsoft 365
3. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security architecture across identity, access, devices, endpoints, networks, cloud platforms, data movement, and egress. Experience in governing 24x7 SOC.
4. Strong capability in remote infrastructure management across multi-site and globally distributed environments.
5. Experience in leading Infrastructure, Networks and NOC operations.
6. Excellent communication, documentation, decision-making, and executive-presentation skills. Should have the ability to design and deploy standard operating procedures.
7. Ability to evaluate technology tools objectively and implement solutions that are effective, secure, scalable, and cost-conscious.

Ability to interact with client and C- Suite regarding IT architecture, cybersecurity, controls, incidents, audits, and compliance requirements.
9. Working knowledge of AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Copilot, and the governance considerations required for enterprise adoption.
10. High ownership, sound judgment, urgency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, globally distributed business.

Role Specific -The role reports to the CEO and words closely with global leadership, clients, technology partners, and teams operating across multiple time zones.

Flexibility in working hours will therefore be required, including availability for critical incidents, client discussions, and coordination with North American and European stakeholders. As the executive owner of IT and security operations, the role is expected to ensure appropriate 24x7 coverage while building a sustainable operating model for the team.
