We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Director of Executive Compensation to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit compensation data to ensure internal equity and compliance.
- Communicate total rewards value propositions effectively to employees.
- Design and administer comprehensive benefits and total rewards programs.
- Evaluate salary structures, equity plans, and bonus frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance regarding pay equity and labor laws.
