Expandza is an AI-first performance marketing agency based in Jaipur. We provide SEO, paid advertising, email automation, LinkedIn lead generation and social media marketing to businesses in real estate, healthcare, education, SaaS, tourism and e-commerce. We are a small, hands-on team, and every member works directly on client projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our LinkedIn lead generation and content work. The primary responsibility is LinkedIn lead generation. Alongside it, you will create social media content and video, and learn SEO and blog writing. You will report to the founder and gain direct exposure to client work.

This is an internship with a full-time offer for strong performers after 3 months. No prior agency experience is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build targeted prospect lists on LinkedIn for our campaigns and clients
- Send connection requests and follow-up messages, and track replies and booked calls
- Design social media posts in Canva for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Edit short-form videos (Reels and Shorts)
- Write captions, LinkedIn posts and blog content
- Learn and apply SEO basics, including keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Assist with occasional photo shoots
- Report weekly on outreach and content performance

REQUIREMENTS

- Working knowledge of Canva
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN,



Premiere Pro or similar). Personal projects are acceptable.
- Positive written English
- Based in Jaipur and available Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, on-site
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive outreach work
- Willingness to learn

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

- Basic photography or videography
- Experience with SEO, copywriting, cold outreach, email marketing or paid ads
- A portfolio, personal Instagram or YouTube channel, or blog

LEARNING PLAN

Month 1: Social posts, short videos and LinkedIn outreach fundamentals

Month 2: Blog writing, SEO basics and guided outreach campaigns

Month 3: Ownership of part of our LinkedIn lead generation, followed by a performance review for a full-time offer

WHAT WE OFFER

- Stipend of ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 per month, based on skills and portfolio
- Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
