Role Description The Development Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, India. This role oversees a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality delivery of CRM features and enhancements.

The Development Team

Lead collaborates with product management and other stakeholders to refine requirements, plan sprints, and prioritize development tasks. Day-to-day work includes hands-on software development, front-end implementation, code reviews, and enforcing best practices and maintainable CSS. The individual also monitors project progress, addresses technical risks, and helps improve development processes and team collaboration. In addition, they will also take the responsibility of contributing to the technical roadmap of the product.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, up-to-date front-end frameworks, SQL Server, and cloud-based application development. Ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer managing between 40% development and 60% lead responsibilities.





Knowledge of developing AI based features in applications using models, prompt engineering, AI agents is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular (preferred) or React.
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects in SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support application deployments, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
- Continuously improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Serve as the Lead for the Development Team, Mentor and manage developers and work with the QA Lead fostering continuous learning and professional development.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex production issues and drive timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
- Participate in hiring,



onboarding, and developing future support engineers as the India team expands.
- Drive continuous improvements in support operations, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Help shape how the team adopts AI in the SDLC — prompting practices, AI-assisted code review loops (e.g., Claude Code + Azure DevOps), and guardrails that keep quality high.

Qualifications

- 8-12 years of experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred) or React.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs using JSON.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control systems.
- Experience with Vibe coding is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of AI development is required
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, or other caching and messaging technologies.
