Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Surat

Experience: 3–5 years’

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / BCA / MCA / B.E. / M.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Age: 25–35 years

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and computer systems.

Provide support for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Outlook.

Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and system access.

Maintain IT infrastructure, antivirus, printers, and other IT equipment.

Handle IT support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, Office 365,



and Active Directory, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
