Role Summary

Lead the quality control function for AAC production by managing testing, quality systems, BIS compliance, audits, customer complaints, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished AAC products, ensuring compliance with required BIS standards.

- Review quality results, identify deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain product consistency.

- Manage BIS, customer, and internal audits, including documentation, audit readiness, and closure of non-conformities.

- Use quality tools, RCA, trend analysis, and MIS to reduce rejection and improve process and product quality.

- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and EHS teams for process improvement, new product trials,



and quality enhancement.

- Lead and develop the QC team while ensuring proper testing practices, documentation, safety, and 5S discipline.

Required Qualification

- B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Civil, Chemical, Material Science, or relevant discipline.

Experience & Industry Background

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in AAC manufacturing / Chemical Plants.

- Experience in quality systems, testing, audits, BIS compliance, and customer audits preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- AAC product testing and BIS standards

- Quality tools, RCA, CAPA, and data analysis

- Audit and compliance management

- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting

- Team leadership and cross-functional coordination

- Solid documentation and problem-solving skills
