- Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Dental RCM Verification Specialist to join our team and handle insurance eligibility and benefits verification for U.S. dental practices.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. dental insurance plans, eligibility verification, and benefit breakdowns, with the ability to communicate effectively with insurance providers and maintain accurate verification records.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patients’ dental insurance eligibility and active coverage.
- Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits and coverage details.
- Review deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, frequency limitations, and plan exclusions.
- Verify coverage for preventive, basic, and major dental procedures.
- Identify missing information, limitations, and potential coverage issues.
- Prepare accurate and detailed insurance benefit breakdowns.
- Document verification results in the relevant practice management systems.
- Coordinate with dental office teams to clarify insurance-related queries.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity,



and turnaround-time standards.
- Follow HIPAA requirements and maintain patient confidentiality.

3. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. Dental RCM, specifically insurance verification and eligibility.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. dental insurance plans, PPO plans, and benefit structures.
- Experience verifying dental benefits, deductibles, annual maximums, and procedure coverage.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage verification workloads efficiently.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient data confidentiality requirements.
