Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client engagements, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality implementation.
- Oversee DMS, SFA, and RTM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs.
- Establish delivery governance, project management standards, KPIs, risk management, and quality frameworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, and senior technology stakeholders.
- Manage customer escalations, executive reviews, delivery risks, and service quality.
- Lead and mentor project managers, program managers, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Own delivery budgets, project profitability, margins, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on RFPs, solution estimation, delivery planning, and business growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills




- 18–20 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, program management, implementation, or skilled services.
- Strong domain expertise in Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Route-to-Market (RTM).
- Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail technology, or distribution-focused enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-client implementation and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of distributor operations, order management, inventory, secondary sales, trade promotions, field sales execution, and route planning.
- Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams and senior customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivery governance, financial management, resource planning, and customer escalations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹4,035,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
