Speedways Rubber Company (Speedways Tyres), Jalandhar (Punjab) is seeking a Data Entry Operator to handle routine data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, update company databases, prepare reports, and ensure proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify all inward, outward, stock transfer and return transactions.
- Maintain accurate stock records, item codes, batch numbers, bin locations and material descriptions.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP records and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on inventory, receipts, dispatches and stock ageing.
- Maintain documentation for stock audits, physical verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, documentation and transaction closure.
Requirements:
- Graduate in B.com, BBA or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse data entry , inventory control or stores operations.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and MIS reporting.
