Role Description The Data Analyst will work on-site in Kanjirapalli in a full-time capacity, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources, building and maintaining datasets, and performing exploratory and advanced data analysis. The role involves developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends, patterns, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks, present findings in a transparent and actionable manner, and recommend improvements based on data insights. The position also requires documenting methodologies,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a good foundation in Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to business problems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling, including designing logical and physical data structures.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in analytics or BI tools are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with data governance, data quality practices, and an understanding of basic database concepts.
