Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
Resolve complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance when required.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to help improve products and processes.
Meet defined customer service, response-time, and resolution-time targets.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
