Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.




- Manage daily customer support tasks and maintain response and resolution timelines.

Requirements
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada or other South Indian languages preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
