Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Type: Full time, Work from Office Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
