Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, prior international voice process experience, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Career gap should not exceed 4 months.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Cab facility is not available.

Profiles Not Eligible
- Lead Generation / Demand Generation candidates.
- Candidates expecting a negative salary hike.
- Candidates with a Red Exit without a clear explanation or proper exit clarification.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
