About ChatSpark

ChatSpark is a growing audio social platform connecting people through meaningful 1:1 conversations. We are looking for a Telugu-speaking Telecaller Intern to support creator onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Call creators and explain ChatSpark’s features and earning opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding and app usage.
- Follow up with inactive creators and encourage them to come online.
- Resolve creator queries and provide regular support.
- Maintain calling records, follow-ups, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the team to improve creator engagement.

Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
