Position: BYD Process (Hindi and English is mandatory)

Location: Perungudi, OMR, Chennai

Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Care / Voice Process / Customer Service

Experience with Truecaller and customer calling is preferred

Candidates from any industry/field can apply

Fluency in Hindi, English and Tamil is mandatory

Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer calls and queries professionally

Good follow-up and customer-handling skills

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
