Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over calls and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend relevant products or services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Meet process-specific quality and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills
- Flexibility:



Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Shift & Work Details
- Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Week Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs
- Work Location: Vikhroli / Airoli, Mumbai
- Cab Facility: Available within the transport boundaries of CST, Mira Road, Kalyan and Kharghar.
- Interview Mode: Virtual
